Start by reading Ephesians 5:1-8
1. What stood our to you most from Ephesians 5: 1-8 and why?
2. What do you think love in the church should look like? How is Christ the best example of this?
3. How is Christ’s love for His children different than the world’s way of loving?
4. Do you find that it is easy or hard to be a thankful person? What areas of your life right now are most challenging to rejoice in? Read 1 Thess 5: 16-18
5. What patterns do you have in your life to discipline thanksgiving to the Lord? Are there any you are planning to add?
6. Why do you think Paul outlines that thanksgiving is actually one of the keys to holiness?
7. As you read verses 5-8, what comes to your mind?
8. As we continue in our process of fighting sin, why is continuing gospel orientation in our lives critical?
9. What does it mean to walk in the light, as verse 8 says, this week?
